Victoria Gardens

An elegant development comprising of eighteen carefully considered flats and duplex apartments, which put quality materials and design craft at its core. Situated in the heart of Summertown, Victoria Gardens offers well proportioned, stylish accommodation with underground parking and wooded communal gardens. 

Apsley Road

Two semi detached, ultra low energy sustainable homes on a highly desirable no through road of North Oxford. The five bedroom houses are light filled and spacious, arranged over 4 floors with an open plan kitchen living space, which opens out onto a south facing garden. The properties have been built with a bright basement equipped with a media room, wine cellar and utility room.

We use a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery system that both supplies and extracts air throughout the property. It offers a balanced low energy ventilation solution, and re-uses up to 95% of the heat that would have otherwise been lost. The clean air filtration system within the MVHR provides fresh, warmed air throughout the bedrooms and the reception rooms. 

Blandford Avenue

One of the first houses in the county to have an A rated energy efficiency report, with 2906 sq ft arranged over three floors. Blandford Avenue is an example of two of our high specification homes, with zero-energy credentials. We included technology such as solar thermal water heating, photovoltaic panels, mechanical ventilation heat recovery system, air source heat pumps, triple glazing, under floor heating and rain water harvesting.

Hadley Street

A sympathetic period renovation, located in prime NW1. We reconfigured the house, and increased its size substantially by adding a mansard roof extension.
