Statement & Site Rules

With the increasing news and concern regarding COVID-19, Homespace Ltd would like to reassure our suppliers and contractors that we are monitoring the developing situation on a daily basis. As we are all aware, the situation is fast-moving and dynamic, and we are therefore continuously reviewing our response to it and have protocol in place to ensure the compliance of Government and NHS Guidelines. 

The health, safety and wellbeing of our team, customers and contractors is our number one priority, and we are adapting so as to continue to run our site in a safe and responsible way. Currently, our site is partially open to single trades only, and who are able to work with the required social distancing. Full remote working arrangements are in place for our office staff.

Site Operating Procedures

• You should not come to site if: you have a temperature, a persistent cough, are a vulnerable person.

• Return home immediately if you develop the above symptoms.

• Travel to site individually

• No visitors without previous appointment.

• Provide hand washing facilities, in particular, soap, water, towels and bins.

• Enhance cleaning regimes for welfare facilities

• Always keep a distance of 2 meters 

• Minimise the number of operators at any one time
